Careful work, clear answers, and time for every client. Yadagiri & Co is a sole proprietary Chartered Accountancy practice in Hyderabad, established to serve taxpayers and businesses who need more than a filing service.
Yadagiri & Co was established on 15 July 2026 as the sole proprietary practice of CA Yadagiri Bhoopathi, a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. It operates from Ramanthapur, Hyderabad, and serves clients across India and non-residents abroad.
Most Chartered Accountancy work ends when a return is filed. A good deal of what this firm does begins afterwards — when a notice arrives, when an assessment is disputed, when an order has to be appealed, or when a proposal has to satisfy a lender’s credit committee. Those engagements need a different kind of attention: the record has to be read closely, positions have to be argued from the provision rather than asserted, and deadlines are absolute.
The firm was set up with that work at its centre, and with the ordinary compliance work — income tax, GST, accounting, ROC, audit — prepared to the same standard, because the quality of the compliance record is usually what determines how a dispute goes.
It is a solo practice by design. One person reads the file, forms the view and argues it, which keeps a matter coherent from the first notice through to the Tribunal.

Every engagement is handled by CA Yadagiri Bhoopathi personally. Correspondence is not routed through intermediaries, and the person who reads your file is the person who answers the phone.
