Reference material, kept current
A due-date calendar that is checked against source rather than copied forward, and writing that explains what has changed and why it matters. Everything here carries the date it was last verified.

How this material is maintained
- Every page carries the date its content was last checked against source, not the date it was published. A page that has not been re-read does not get a fresh date.
- Due dates are stated as the statute states them. Where an obligation is relational — within thirty days of the annual general meeting — it is written that way, because a calculated date is correct for one year and wrong afterwards.
- Departmental extensions are not treated as the rule. The Boards extend dates most years, often days before the deadline, but an extension is a concession and may not repeat.
- Where the law is unsettled, the page says so and says what is unsettled about it, rather than picking a position and stating it flatly.
Everything in this section is general information about Indian law. It is not advice, it cannot take account of your facts, and it is not a substitute for asking. Where a page carries a verification date, that date says when it was last read against source — not that the law has not moved since.
