CA India — the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India member logo

Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Firm Registration No. 031850S.

CA Yadagiri Bhoopathi is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the proprietor of Yadagiri & Co. His work centres on representation before the income tax and GST authorities, appeals before the Commissioner (Appeals), the ITAT and the GSTAT, financial reporting for bank credit, and the management reporting and payroll systems that businesses run on day to day.

His route into practice is not the usual one. Fourteen of the years before it were spent inside Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited — the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, a Navratna central public sector enterprise — in the finance and accounts function. He joined through campus placement in 2010 as a Junior Manager and left in 2024 as a Senior Manager, having worked in turn in internal audit, payroll and long-term employee benefits, budgeting and financial projections, and indirect tax.

That sequence matters more than its length. It means he has prepared the numbers an auditor examines and the submissions a department scrutinises, before going on to examine and contest them from the other side. Budgets, MIS and internal controls are systems he has built and maintained, not only reviewed.

He entered professional practice in April 2024 as a partner at Bandari and Associates, Hyderabad, handling direct and indirect tax advisory and representation for businesses across a range of industries, and established Yadagiri & Co as a sole proprietary practice on 15 July 2026.
